New polo paintings by Zahid Saleem (Pakistan)

Polo is one of his favorite subjects. Polo is a game of thrill, and Zahid tries to represent this thrill on his canvas. He goes to the great polo ground in his city, Lahore, watches the game, enjoys quick sketching there, captures the moment with his camera, and returns to the studio with both references and inspiration.

Zahid enjoys experimenting with the use of different colors, techniques, and atmospheres in his paintings.
