"It is a series called "the white on the white" based on the Spanish thoroughbred mares, belonging to the Spanish army, based in the Cortijo de Vico Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz).
My personal challenge, in this case, is to be able to capture the white of the mares (grey layer) on the white of the paper through its opposite colour, black.
The origin of the title is determined by being a fragment of the "cobra", which is a coordination exercise carried out in exhibitions with 24 mares in line managed by a military man in the centre, with 12 mares on each side.

The traditional "cobra of mares" is an equestrian exhibition with the great qualities that have historically made the Carthusian horse one of the most appreciated in the world: its great beauty and elegance. It is one of the most desired breeds for kings and great leaders globally."
