Athena Jahantigh's exhibition at "Maison et Objet" (Paris)

Just finished the biggest design event in Europe, where our artist Athena Jahantigh had a exhibition of her stunning bronze and ceramic sculptures. We are happy to share a final report about her exited and successful exhibition.

The animal sculptures of ATHENA JAHANTIGH are made of sandstone or porcelain. They carry on their arched backs the iconographic heritage linking them to the parietal art of his native Persia, an inspiration both emotional and nostalgic, but which marries to perfection with her other great formal source, the cave painting. They are contemporary sculptures with deep roots. Unique pieces entirely modeled by hand.

Maison et Objet is a major French trade fair for interior design. Held bi-annually in Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center, it has been described as "among the 3 most important European events for interior design ... a huge collection of innovation and talent all in one place".
