Why a mural?

There are different reasons why someone would want a mural in their home or business. The main purpose of a mural is to create an ambience in a certain space, something a conventional art piece, like a stretched canvas, panel or sculpture wont achieve. A mural becomes part of a space, it opens up a room, as a window to a world that previously was not there. A mural can cover up a great area, giving the viewer an immersive feeling into the concept that the client chooses.

The process of making a mural is very straight forward, once the client chooses his space, the artist will make a digital sketch over the photographs, after deciding the theme with the client, then begins a process of approval of the designs and furthermore the creation of the fabrics that will later be installed at the location.

In order to begin with the concept drawings and fabrication of the muralwork, a deposit fee will be agreed upon, and the remaining fees will be paid depending on the timeframe of the production.

The usual installments go as follows: 50% to begin creative process and fabrication of the painted fabrics, 40% at the culmination and approval of the pieces to ship, and the remaining  10% once the installation process is finished.

The price of the complete mural includes all the creative process, fabrication of the pieces, materials for production, travel and installation expenses of the artists at the location. Does not include shipping fees and taxes upon arrival at destination.

Note: This mural making technique is best for indoors or covered areas, for they will last longer, preserving their color better.
